Privacy Policy – Board Explorer
Effective Date: September 12, 2026
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in Board Explorer, a mobile game developed and published on Google Play under the developer name Chewing Gum.
Board Explorer does not require users to create a user account. The game may process pseudonymous gameplay, usage, device, advertising, attribution, analytics, consent and diagnostic information in order to operate, monetize, analyze, secure and improve the game.
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android game Board Explorer (package name com.InfinityNova.RollAndRumble), distributed on Google Play by the developer Chewing Gum, and to this website. It describes the game's current functionality only.
No User Accounts
Board Explorer does not require or provide user account creation. Players do not create usernames, passwords, or login accounts, and there is no email-and-password profile system in the game.
Because Board Explorer does not provide user accounts, there is no Board Explorer account deletion functionality. This is separate from the analytics and pseudonymous gameplay information described below.
Information the Game May Process
Board Explorer uses game analytics and technical infrastructure, and therefore may process information such as:
- gameplay events and game progression
- feature interactions and app usage information
- session information
- technical diagnostics, and crash or performance information where applicable
- app or device-related identifiers where provided by the platform or by analytics services
- provider-generated identifiers and a pseudonymous installation identifier generated by the game and used to associate analytics and attribution events
- an advertising identifier where available and permitted by the device, platform and applicable privacy choices
- app version, operating system and device technical information
- installation, first-open, app-launch, referral and advertising-campaign attribution information
- rewarded-ad requests, loads, displays, impressions, rewards and related mediation information, such as ad network, placement, ad unit, format, auction or creative identifiers, revenue and reporting precision where available
- tutorial-completion information and, for fulfilled purchases, product, price or revenue, currency and transaction or order information
- consent status, Transparency and Consent Framework information and related privacy choices processed by consent and measurement services
- other technical information necessary to operate, analyze, debug, secure and improve the game
Board Explorer does not intentionally collect a user's real name, postal address, passwords, contacts, photos, personal messages, precise GPS location, health information or financial information.
Where information is transmitted over a network, technical network information such as an IP address may be processed automatically by service providers or platform infrastructure as part of delivering the service, and such information may allow a coarse, approximate region to be inferred by those providers. This is not used by Chewing Gum to identify individual players.
Pseudonymous Identifiers
The game may use a pseudonymous identifier so that gameplay and analytics events can be associated with one another without requiring a named user account. A pseudonymous identifier is not a Board Explorer account, a login, a username or a registered profile.
The game generates an installation identifier and may provide it to Firebase and AppsFlyer as a customer user identifier. AppsFlyer and other providers may also generate their own identifiers, such as an AppsFlyer ID, and may receive an advertising identifier where it is available and permitted. These identifiers are pseudonymous rather than anonymous.
Such identifiers may be used for purposes such as:
- analytics and understanding gameplay progression
- troubleshooting technical problems
- measuring retention and evaluating feature performance
- improving game balance and the overall player experience
- maintaining security, integrity and fraud prevention where relevant
Pseudonymous information is not necessarily completely anonymous, and it may in some circumstances be linkable to a device or installation by the relevant service provider.
How We Use Information
Information may be used for purposes such as:
- operating Board Explorer and maintaining game functionality
- measuring gameplay and feature usage
- analyzing retention and engagement
- attributing installs and app activity to advertising campaigns and measuring post-install events
- delivering and mediating rewarded ads, applying availability or frequency controls and granting in-game rewards
- measuring advertising and fulfilled-purchase revenue
- detecting bugs and technical problems
- improving performance and gameplay balance
- developing and evaluating features
- maintaining security and technical integrity
- understanding aggregate usage trends
Third-Party Services
Board Explorer uses Google and Firebase related infrastructure for analytics and game measurement. Firebase services may process technical, device, usage, analytics and diagnostic information in accordance with Google's own terms and privacy practices.
The game may use Firebase Analytics, and analytics information generated by the game or by Firebase services may subsequently be exported and analyzed using services such as Google BigQuery. Google BigQuery does not independently collect information directly from a player's device; it is used to analyze analytics information that has already been generated.
Board Explorer uses AppsFlyer for mobile attribution and campaign measurement. Depending on device availability and privacy choices, AppsFlyer may process install and app-launch data, app and device information, IP-based approximate region, provider identifiers, the game's pseudonymous installation identifier, advertising identifiers, referral and campaign data, and selected in-game events. The game sends tutorial completion, fulfilled-purchase details, and positive rewarded-ad impression revenue with related mediation details. AppsFlyer may send attribution and selected event postbacks to Meta according to integration settings configured by Chewing Gum.
Board Explorer uses Unity LevelPlay (also known as ironSource) to mediate rewarded advertising and Unity Ads to serve ads. Depending on the mediation configuration and the ad served, LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and the serving ad network may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-based approximate region, app and device information, diagnostics, and ad request, impression, or interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, revenue reporting, security, and fraud prevention.
Board Explorer uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present and store privacy choices where required. The game uses those choices and related consent signals to govern how advertising and measurement services operate where applicable.
Further information from these providers is available here:
Consent and Advertising Choices
Where required, the game uses the privacy choices and consent signals collected through UMP when operating AppsFlyer, LevelPlay, and Unity Ads.
The availability and use of advertising identifiers and personalized advertising depend on the player's choices, device and platform settings, and provider configuration.
Data Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to help protect information. Where information is transmitted over networks, modern secure transport such as HTTPS/TLS is used by the services handling that information.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and no guarantee of perfect security can be given.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, analytics, security, troubleshooting, legal or legitimate business purposes, subject to the retention functionality and policies of the relevant service providers.
Where information is no longer required, it is deleted, aggregated or anonymized as appropriate, in line with the capabilities of the services involved.
Board Explorer does not provide user accounts, so there is no Board Explorer account deletion process. Privacy-related questions or requests can be submitted using the privacy contact details below.
Children's Privacy
Board Explorer is operated in accordance with applicable platform rules and privacy obligations relating to children, including the target audience and content settings declared for the game in Google Play. Data practices in the game are intended to remain consistent with those declarations.
If you believe information relating to a child has been processed in a way that is not consistent with applicable requirements, please use the privacy contact details below so the matter can be reviewed.
International Processing
Service providers used by Board Explorer may process information in countries other than the country in which a player is located, subject to those providers' privacy and security protections and to applicable law.
